Ingredients

• Strawberry Cake
• 1 white cake mix
• 1/2 cup water
• 1 box strawberry jello
• 2 cups partly thawed strawberries
• 1 cup oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 egg yolk
• 1/2 cup butter
• icing sugar
• Mix together cake mix, jello, water, flour, oil, 1 cup of the
• strawberries and beaten eggs. Pour into 9x12 greased and floured
• 350 for 30 minutes or until center springs
• back to touch. Cool.
• Melt butter and add egg yolk and enough icing sugar to make of
• spreading consistency. Ice cake and decorate with remaining
• strawberries.
