Ingredients: 1 Lb. chicken breast; ½ tsp. salt; ½ tsp. pepper; 1 egg, beaten; ¾ cup flour; 1 green pepper, sliced; 1 red pepper, sliced; Chilli Sauce; 3 garlic Cloves, crushed; 2 red chilli, chopped; 2 tbsp. soy sauce; 2 tbsp. tomato puree; ½ cup water

METHOD - Season the chicken with salt and pepper. - Cut the chicken into thin strips then coat in the egg wash and flour.
