• 2 oz. tequila, (plus a little bit)
• 1 oz. lime juice
• 1 oz. honey simple syrup, (2 parts honey, 1 part hot water, stir to combine)
• hot sauce, (optional)
• 1 lime, for lime peel shot glass
• 1 cup ice, crushed
