Vodkow Cream Holiday Cocktails

Ingredients

• 1/2 cup (125 mL) cold brew coffee
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) Vodkow Cream
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) 35% Ontario whipping cream
• Pinch ground cinnamon
• ½ cup (125 mL) cold brew coffee
• ½ cup (125 mL) Vodkow Cream
• Whipped cream
• 2 oz Vodkow Cream
• 1 oz Whisky
• Dash orange bitters
• 1 Maraschino cherry
• 1 Strip orange peel
• 1 tbsp Icing sugar
• Grated nutmeg
• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) water
• 1 Slice fresh ginger
• 1 Cinnamon stick
• 4 Whole cloves
• 4 Green cardamom pods
• 2 Bags black tea
• 1 cup (250 mL) Ontario milk
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) Local liquid honey
• 3 tbsp (45 mL) Vodkow Cream
