Chocolate peanut butter brownies - In Cucina con Sofia

Ingredients

• 150 g unsalted butter
• 250 g of chocolate – I used a combination of whatever was left in the cupboard
• 150 g dark soft muscovado sugar
• 100 g caster sugar
• 1/4 tsp sea salt flakes
• 4 large eggs
• 100 g 00 flour – plain flour is also suitable
• 3 tbsp bitter cocoa powder – I used this one
• 6 tbsp of smooth peanut butter or peanut butter sauce
