Ingredients: Boil 3 cups long grain rice with bay leaves cinnamons cloves star anise brown Elaichies and salt.; Now drain rice while hot mix 2-3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter) and keep aside.; Now add 1 chicken cut into pieces. Add salt and mix together.; Now same pot spread all rice on chicken spread evenly. On top sprinkle chopped mint coriander green chilies brown onions.
