- 3/4 cup (170g) water
- 3 tablespoons (42g) unsalted butter
- 3 to 3 1/2 cups (360-420g) bread flour, divided
- 1 (0.25oz) package (7g) or 2 1/4 teaspoons Platinum Yeast
- 2 tablespoons (25g) granulated sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- Egg wash: 1 large egg beaten with 2 tablespoons water
- Sesame seeds or poppy seeds, optional ((for topping))
