Grandad's Potato Soup

Ingredients

• 5 large red-skinned potatoes peeled and thinly sliced
• 4 10 oz cans Chicken Broth
• Salt & Pepper
• 2 cups half and half
• 1/2 cup butter (1 stick)
• 1/4 white onion finely chopped
• 2 bunches Green onions Sliced
• 2 ribs celery finely chopped
