• 1 tsp seasoning (coarsely ground)
• 2 pieces Tomato (deseeded and diced)
• 1 piece onion (sliced)
• 1 tsp sunflower oil (optional)
• 2 cups mozzarella cheese (grated)
• 2 tsp Parsley (chopped fine)
• 2 tsp olive oil (sprinkle)
