• 1 tsp Salt
• 1 lb Cream Cheese softened
• ½ cup Brown Sugar
• 2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
• ½ tsp Salt
• ½ cup Pecans chopped, toasted and cooled
• 2 cups Powdered Sugar
• 2–4 Tbsp Water
• 2 cups Sparkling Sugar *Colored (yellow, green, purple)
