Ingredients

• 16 Oz Ground turkey
• 1½ Red onion, finely chopped
• ¼ cup Fresh cilantro, chopped
• 2 cup Garlic cloves, minced
• 1 cup Small jalapeño pepper, seeded and minced
• 0 Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 8 slices Finlandia Imported Cheddar-Gruyere Slices
• 0 Vegetable oil, for grilling
• ½ cup Mayonnaise
• 2 Chipotle chilies in adobo sauce
• 1 tbsp Lime juice
• 4 Hamburger buns, split and lightly toasted
• 2 Jalapeño peppers, seeded and sliced into rounds
• 8 slices Thick-cut bacon, cooked
• 8 slices Loose leaf lettuce, leaves separated
