- 1 Tbsp (15ml) fresh ginger, finely grated
- Freshly cracked pepper
- 1 Tbsp (15ml) SPAR sunflower oil or sesame oil
- 1-2 chili, chopped
- 1-2 Tbsp coriander, chopped
