Ingredients: 500g /a half litre chocolate ice cream, shop-bought or home-made according to recipe; 2 dl 200ml milk; 1 cup ice cubes; Chocolate sauce (see recipe below); Whipped cream; 60g cocoa powder; 200ml water; 180g Light Golden Brown sugar; A pinch of salt; 1 tsp vanilla extract; 1 tsp crushed cardamom; 8 large egg whites; 315g Siucra Light Golden Brown; 300ml milk; 40 g cocoa powder; 7 dl 700ml 40% whipping cream; 2 tsp ground cinnamon
