Marinated orange green salad - Eisberg

Ingredients

• 1 pack of Eisberg Bolero mix
• 1 pack of Eisberg Lamb’s Lettuce
• 1 pack orange
• 1 orange juice from oranges
• 1 medium piece of purple onion
• 0,25 medium fennel
• 0,5 dl olive oil
• 1 pinch of salt
• pepper to taste (freshly ground)
• 3 tablespoons of olive oil
• 1 teaspoon of honey
