- 150g Butter, softened at room temperature
- 40g Caster sugar
- 40g Brown sugar
- 1 Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 230g All-purpose flour
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- ½ tsp Baking soda
- 60g Dried Pineapple with Red Kampot Pepper, sliced in chunks
- 60g White chocolate chunks
