• 2 tsp (10 mL) paprika
• 2 tsp (10 mL) garlic powder
• 1 tsp (5 mL) onion powder
• 1 tsp (5 mL) ground cumin
• 1 tsp (5 mL) granulated sugar
• 1 tsp (5 mL) thyme
• 1 tsp (5 mL) oregano
• 1⁄2 tsp (2 mL) cayenne pepper
• 1⁄2 tsp (2 mL) pepper
• 1⁄2 tsp (2 mL) hot pepper flakes
• 1⁄2 tsp (2 mL) coarse salt
• 1 whole chicken
• 1⁄2 cup (125 mL) liquid honey
• 1⁄4 cup (60 mL) butter
• Zest and juice of 1 lemon
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) chopped fresh cilantro or thyme
• Juice from 1⁄2 lemon (optional)
