West Bend Electric Skillet Scalloped Potatoes Recipe - Food.com
The same as most other recipes...got it out of the manual for my electric skillet. I also used some chopped ham.
Ingredients
- 4 cups peeled and sliced potatoes
- 1/2 cup minced onion
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 3/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese
- pepper
- 1/4 cup crushed crackers or 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon parsley
