Ingredients

• 3 1⁄2 cups flour – I do a mix of 1⁄2 cup red whole wheat and 3 cups white whole wheat or all purpose
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 teaspoon sugar or honey
• 1 package – or 2 1⁄2 teaspoons – active dry yeast
• 1 1⁄2 cups warm water
• olive oil
• melted butter
