Ingredients: 1 ½ cups all-purpose flour, ½ the amount can be substituted with whole wheat flour; 1 cup oats, or bran cereal; 1 tsp baking soda; 1 tsp baking powder; 1 tsp cinnamon; 1 cup raisins, or chopped nuts; 1 cup banana, mashed or shredded zucchini; 1 (8oz) can crushed pineapple; 2 T vegetable oil; 2 eggs, 4 egg whites or ½ cup egg beaters; ½ cup sugar; ½ cup brown sugar
