• 1 cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
• 1/2 cup cornstarch
• 1 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 1/2 cup instant non-fat dry milk
• 1 teaspoon salt
• 1 3/4 cups Instant Chocolate Pudding Mix (above)
• 2 cups milk
• 2 cups heavy cream
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
