Ingredients
- 1 lbs ½ kg chicken (drumsticks and boneless thigh)
- 2 cups onions (finely chopped)
- 1 cup tomatoes (diced)
- 4 tbsp ghee (clarified button)
- 1½ tbsp dhania (coriander seeds)
- 1 tbsp jeera (cumin seeds)
- 2” dalchini (cinnamon sticks)
- 2 badi elaichi (black cardamom pods)
- 6 lavang (cloves)
- 8 black pepper pods
- 12-14 garlic cloves
- 1½” ginger
- 1 green chili
- ¼ cup cilantro
- ½ tsp haldi (turmeric powder)
- 1 tsp chili powder
- ⅔ cup yoghurt
