Ingredients

• ¼ cup / 50 ml pine nuts
• 8 cups /2 L baby spinach
• 2 cups / 500 ml sliced strawberries
• ¼ cup / 50 ml thinly sliced red onion
• 2 tbsp / 25 ml extra-virgin olive oil
• 2 tbsp / 25 ml champagne vinegar
• 4 tsp / 20 ml honey
• ½ tsp / 2 ml grainy Dijon mustard
