Swedish Pizza – Recipe Wise

• 1 sheet frozen puff pastry
• olive oil
• 1/4 lb bacon
• 1 small yellow onions or 1 small white onion , thinly sliced
• cornmeal
• 1 egg
• 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
• 1/3 cup grated gruyere cheese
• 3/4 cup ricotta cheese
• 3 tablespoons plain yogurt
• 1 pinch salt
