Oreo Cookie Cake – Expansive Minds

Ingredients

• 1 stick of butter
• 28 crushed cookies
• 1 8 oz cream cheese
• 1 c confectioner’s sugar
• ½ 8 oz container cool whip
• 1 small instant chocolate pudding
• 1 small instant vanilla pudding
• 3 cups milk
• * 8 ounces softened cream cheese or whipped cream cheese
• * 18 ounces package of Oreo cookies, crushed (crush the entire cookie- don’t remove the filling!)
• * 2 cups semi-sweet or milk chocolate chips
• * 1 tablespoon shortening
