Cod in Papillote - Better Than Bouillon

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoon Better Than Bouillon Seasoned Lobster Base
• 2 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
• 2 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 tablespoon minced garlic
• .25 cup freshly chopped parsley
• 4 (6 ounce) cod fillets, thickly sliced
• 1 green bell pepper, cleaned and cut ¼ inch thick
• 1 red bell pepper, cleaned and cut ¼ inch thick
• 1 small yellow onion, thinly sliced
• 1 small zucchini, cut into ¼ inch thick rounds
• 4 Tbsp butter, divided into four pats
• 4 (15x15 inch) pieces of parchment paper
