Oven-roasted Shrimp & Sausage Feast

Ingredients

• 1.5 pounds baby red potatoes, halved
• 1 lemon, cut into wedges
• 1 onion, cut into wedges
• 4 ears corn, cut into thirds
• 1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
• 1 Tbs garlic, minced
• 1 pound smoked andouille sausage, sliced into 1-inch pieces
• 2 Tbs fresh parsley, chopped, divided
• 4 cups chicken broth
• 1/4 cup butter, melted
• 1 Tbs Old Bay Seasoning
