Steak Roll-ups recipe by Fouziah Pailwan

Ingredients

• 1kg minute steak Washed and drained cut in ½
• 2 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice
• 1 tablespoon vinegar
• 2 teaspoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic
• 1 teaspoon @purespice_sa all purpose spice
• 2 teaspoon chilli powder
• 2 teaspoon Mexican spice
• 2 onions sliced
• 3 cloves minced garlic
• 1 teaspoon dry parsley
• 2 teaspoon tomato 🍅 paste
• ½ cup fresh cream
• ¼ cup Nandos bushveld sauce
