• 1 Tbsp shallots, finely diced
• 1/2 Tbsp Jalapeño, finely diced
• 2 ripe avocados
• 1 1/2 Tbsp lime juice
• 3 Tbsp green onions, sliced
• 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro, chopped
• 1 Tbsp fresh cilantro stems, chopped
