• 2 slices pineapple from a can, chopped
• ½ lime, juice only
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• ¼ red chilli, finely chopped
• ½ ready-cooked chicken breast, chopped
• handful of mixed fresh herbs e.g. mint, basil, coriander and parsley
