• 1 1/2 cups plain flour
• 1 tsp instant yeast OR
• 15-20g live baker's yeast
• 1 1/2 tbsp sugar
• 1/8 tsp salt
• coconut oil for frying OR
• sunflower oil for frying
• To serve:
• sour cream OR
• creme fraiche OR
• vegan yoghurt
• 2 tsp sugar as above
