Ingredients

• 1 lb of ground pork or ground beef
• ½ lbs of thick-cut bacon
• 2 large eggs
• ½ cup of shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 cup of ground pork rinds (or bread crumbs as a substitute)
• 1 tbsp of BBQ dry rub
• 2 tbsp of chopped banana pepper rings
• 1 tbsp of hot sauce
• ⅓ cup of your favorite BBQ sauce (or hot pepper jelly or maple syrup as alternatives)
