Mac And Cheese recipe by Sue

Ingredients

• Thick white sauce
• 4 cups milk
• 1 cup fresh cream
• 5 table spoons butter
• 2 teaspoons garlic
• ¼ cup flour
• Freshly Chopped parsley
• Salt
• Add butter into pot when butter melted add spices and garlic let it cook few SEC to release aroma of garlic and spices and then adds flour
• Add cream whisk
• Add 2 cups of grated cheddar cheese
• Add chopped greens
