Ingredients: 60ml cold strong coffee; 60ml coffee liqueur; 3 large egg yolks; 100g caster sugar; 2 x 250g tubs of Graham’s Quark (natural or vanilla); 14-16 sponge fingers; 75g plain chocolate, grated; 2 tsp cocoa powder
