- 2 cups black IPA
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 Tbsp garlic, minced
- 4 Tbsp onion, minced
- 1 tsp fresh oregano
- 1/2 tsp fresh thyme
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 2 Bartlett pears, peeled and thinly sliced
- 1/2 Tbsp butter
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
