• 120 g piece raw Hokkaido pumpkin
• 2 tablespoons clarified butter
• 1 pinch ground chilli flakes
• salt
• 1 handful of Japanese bunapi-shimeji mushrooms
• 2 teaspoons dried tomato pesto
• 1 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
