Strawberry Milkshake recipe by Ruhana Ebrahim

Ingredients

• 250g strawberries (chopped)
• 6 scoops strawberry ice-cream (or vanilla)
• 2 tablespoon milk powder (Klim)
• 1 cup milk
• 1. Hull the strawberries and chop.
• 2. Blend strawberries, ice cream and milk powder until thick and smooth.
• 3. Add milk and blend until frothy.
• 4. Pour into glasses and top each with strawberry or whipped cream & sprinkles.
• 5. Serve immediately with straws.
