Ingredients

• ¾ cup (1 ½ sticks) Kowalski's Butter
• softened
• ½ cup chopped pecans
• 3 cups superfine sugar
• 6 eggs
• 1 ½ tsp. baking powder
• ¾ tsp. kosher salt
• ¾ cup Kowalski's Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (from the Produce Department)
• 2 tbsp. finely grated lemon zest (from about 2 medium lemons)
