• ¼ cups cider vinegar
• 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 slightly heaping tablespoon chili powder
• 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper, plus additional for seasoning
• ½ tsp hot sauce, plus additional for seasoning
• 1/4 tsp ground allspice
• 1 ½ tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
