• - 1 shallot minced
• - 1 tsp rosemary minced
• - 1 tbsp Worcester sauce
• - 1 onion thinely sliced
• - 8 large lattuce leaves
• - 4 burger buns buttered and toasted

• - Salt and pepper to taste
