• 1/3 cup granulated sugar
• 1/3 cup packed light brown sugar

• 2 Tbsps milk
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking soda
• 1/2 tsp salt
