• 1.5 tbsp Lemon Juice
• 1 tbsp simple syrup
• 4 blackberries, for garnish
• 1-2 mint sprigs, for garnish
• 2 ounces Koval Cranberry Gin
• La Gioiosa Treviso Prosecco
• Simple Syrup, to taste
• 1 Rosemary Sprig, garnish
• 3 Fresh or frozen cranberries, for garnish
• 2 ounces Koval Bourbon
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 apple slice, sliced thin for garnish
• 1 cinnamon stick, for steeping and garnish
• 1 cup Fresh and local apple cider
