Marinated Grilled Pork Chops

Ingredients

• 2 cloves of garlic
• 1 shallot
• 1 roasted red pepper (from a jar)
• 1 tsp smoked paprike
• 1 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp cumin
• 1 tbsp brown sugar
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp sherry vinegar or apple cider vinegar
• 1 tbsp freshly squeezed lime juice
• 1 tbsp chopped parsley or coriander
• 700 g (1.5 pound) pork chops (6x pork chops thin cut 0.5 cm or 1/4 inch thick)
