• 1 cup strongly brewed Angel's Share coffee
• 1 bay leaf
• 2 1/2 tbsp salt
• 2 1/2 tbsp finely ground Angel's Share coffee
• 1 tbsp ground black pepper
• 2 tsp paprika
• 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 2 tsp dried oregano
• 1/2 tsp cayenne
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
