• Macerated Strawberries
• 3/4 cup (180 mL) water
• 3/4 cup (180 mL) sugar
• 1 1/4 cup (310 mL) diced strawberries
• Vanilla Whipped Cream
• 1 1/4 cups (310 mL) 35 % cream
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) icing sugar
