Ingredients
- 200g pancetta
- 250g braising steak
- 10g beef dripping
- 100g diced veal meat
- Fresh thyme
- 2 tsp of Sea salt
- 2 tsp of Cajun spice
- Bean salad - Piyaz
- 1 carrot
- 1 tbsp flat leaf parsley
- 1 red onion
- 1 can of butter beans (approx. 400g)
- 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
- juice of 1/2 a lemon
- Salt
