Ingredients

• 110g Butter (unsalted)
• 29g Truvia
• 10g caster sugar
• 1 tbsp honey
• 1 egg
• 1 ⁄ 2 tsp of Vanilla Extract (We use Nielsen-Massey)
• 100g of plain white flour
• 1 ⁄ 2 tsp bicarbonate of soda
• 1 ⁄ 2 tsp ground cinnamon
• 1 ⁄ 2 tsp salt
• 120g porridge oats
• 125g raisins
