Chocolate Chip Cheesecake Bars Recipe

Ingredients

• 12 tablespoons unsalted butter (melted and slightly cooled)
• 1 cup packed light brown sugar
• 1/2 cup granulated sugar
• 1 large egg
• 1 large egg yolk
• 2 teaspoons vanilla
• 2 1/8 cups all-purpose flour (1/8 c = 2 Tbsp)
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
• 1 ½ - 2 cups chocolate chips
• 8 ounces cream cheese (softened)
• 1/2 cup powdered sugar
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
