- ¼ cup pecan nuts
- ¼ cup flaked almonds
- 1 small nestle cream
- ¼ cup crushed fried onion
- ¼ cup milk
- ½ teaspoon saffron added to milk
- A little egg yellow colouring
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic
- Salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon chilli garlic paste
- ½ teaspoon crushed dhana
- ½ teaspoon jeeru (cumin)
- Pinch of garam masala
- 2 tablespoons tomato paste
- Pinch of black pepper
