Ingredients

• 2 lbs sweet or hot Italian sausage links, cut in half or thirds
• 1 large yellow onion, cut in half and sliced
• 4 cloves large garlic, sliced
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 2 tsp dried thyme
• salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1 can cannellini beans, drained and rinsed (16 oz.)
• 1 can Mutti® Finely Chopped Tomatoes (14 oz., Polpa)
• 1/4 cup jarred hot cherry peppers, chopped
