- 200 g Kekse (z.B. Hobbit Kekse)
- Prise Zimt
- 100 g flüssige Butter
- 800 g Frischkäse
- 200 g Zucker
- 1 Päckchen Vanillezucker
- 1 TL Vanillepaste*
- 200 g Creme Fraiche
- 1 TL Zitronenabrieb (ich habe gemahlene Zitronenschale verwendet)
- 2 EL Mehl
